Welcome to CraveGear.ca (the “Site”), operated by Crave Gear (“we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing or purchasing from the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”), as well as our Privacy Policy and Returns & Refunds Policy.

If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Site or place an order. You must be at least 18 years old or have permission from a legal guardian to make purchases.

All prices on the Site are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD) unless otherwise stated and are subject to change without notice. Taxes, shipping, and any additional fees will be displayed at checkout where applicable.

We accept payment methods shown at checkout and may use third-party payment processors. By submitting your payment details, you represent that you are authorized to use the selected payment method and authorize us (or our processor) to charge the full order amount.

We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and cancel or refuse orders if an error has occurred, even if the order has been confirmed. In that case, you will be offered a refund or the opportunity to place a new order at the correct price.

Our Returns & Refunds Policy forms part of these Terms. Please review it carefully before placing an order. In general, custom products are not returnable or refundable unless they are damaged, defective, or produced incorrectly compared to your order.

If you believe there is an issue with your order, you must contact us within the timeframe specified in our Returns & Refunds Policy and provide clear photos and a description of the problem so we can review your claim.

All content on the Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, product images, and layout, is owned by or licensed to Crave Gear and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on the Site without our prior written consent.

As noted above, you retain ownership of any artwork or designs you submit. However, by uploading or providing such content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and modify it as necessary to manufacture and fulfill your order.

If you create an account on the Site, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that appear to be used for fraudulent or abusive activity.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Site and all products and services provided are offered “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not guarantee that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free from viruses, nor do we guarantee that product colors or images displayed on your screen will be an exact match to the final product.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Crave Gear and its owners, employees, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising out of or related to your use of the Site or purchase of our products.

Our total aggregate liability for any claim under these Terms, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, is limited to the amount you paid for the order giving rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Crave Gear, its owners, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to:

• Your use of the Site or products.
• Any content or artwork you provide for customization.
• Your violation of these Terms or any applicable law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site will first be addressed through good-faith negotiations. If the parties cannot resolve the dispute, it will be submitted to the courts located in Ontario, Canada, and you agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of those courts.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make changes, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Site after any changes means you accept the updated Terms.
